After reinstalling the TestComplete , the operational object of the software cannot be spied.

TestComplete Version12.60.

Supplement:

1.The UI of the software coded base on Mozilla xul.

2.I have deployed all of the Mozilla patchs from 52~63 in the TestComplete extension folder.

I Modified the tcFFHook.xml. Make sure the all of information about firefox patch in it.

So this problem has been solved.
