Access to "Sentinel Admin Control Center" program

Can the "Sentinel Admin Control Center" program be password protected?

We do not have the ability to install this program on a separate Server so we are using one of the Lab systems.  Since anyone in the lab would have access to all systems, I need to figure out how to secure this computer program from anyone that is not authorized to make changes to the License Manager.
