How can i perform Load Test By using Test complete. For Android Applications.

TestComplete does not support load testing. SmartBear provides a separate LoadComplete tool to run your load tests.

In TC you can check the performance (machine Performance) = Tools-> Current Project Properties -> Performance Counter --> Add standard/Custom counter.
Just a note, LoadComplete is for load testing traffic on web servers and web based applications. I don't know what it can do for you with a mobile application.
I'd go with Ravik's suggestion of utilizing the performance counters objects in TestComplete and use them to test the performance of your application.
