When we first installed Win10, TestComplete 12 could not read excel files. My colleague - who is no longer with us - identified the Excel driver, obtained, installed it, and we ran. Things were fine until she left and the system where she saved the file went to old system heaven (RIP). Can anyone tell me what file is needed for reading Excel files on Win10 from TestComplete 12.20.1005 and where I can get it?
Thanks.
Check here:

It has links to the ACE driver as well as specific DDTs.
You need Access Database Engine (aka Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components):
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
There are two files, AccessDatabaseEngine.exe (32-bit version) and AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe (64-bit). You need the 32-bit version because TestComplete is 32-bit.
