According to the screenshot, you are using Win 10. Have you checked display scaling as well?

The easiest way is to enter a sought for text in the Search field in the top-right corner and check if it is found and what property contains it.
If the text is not found via Search, then you should either analyze available properties (look for the ones of Object type, those that have ellipsis button on the right) and drill-down using ellipsis button to check if the property contains the needed value or ask your developers how the text can be obtained from the given object. (If developers are not accessible, you may go through the list of accessible Methods for the given object and consider if some method returns what you need.)

I have searched for text in search box. But i couldn't find a property or method which will return text of the object.
