Testcomplete is not recognising the objects in the browser application

i have a trial version of testcomplete 14.70 Mozilla 82.0  chrome 86.0   The web application under test has login page.. when i start spy on the page it is not recognizing the text box and login ...

    Just try to check whether the chrome extension is enabled. Or this might be due to content security policy of the application. If it still doesn't help reach out to customer support!

i am using firefox 82.0.1 and no patches is avaialable

i tried browser preparation but it is still not working
