Testcomplete WPF -Hwndsource object freezes the application

I have Testcomplete automation suite with WPF windows application. the problem I am facing is with Hwndsource objects.

Whenever TC interacts with the Hwndsource object and after the test is run and TC is closed my Application that was being tested freezes. The issue is even when i highlight the Hwndsource object from Object browser, the object highlights properly but after we close TC. the application is freeze and needs to be killed from task manager.

Did this happen on earlier versions of TestComplete?

We haven't tried for earlier versions but tried for 14.4 & 14.5. the issue us same.
