Swaggerhub bitbucket integration

Hello- when I try to connect swaggerhub hosted on smabear with on premise bitbucket I get the following error message. Is this because I am behind a proxy ? How to fix this error? I have tried both with password and token and got the same error. If some one can help me that will be appreciated a lot. Thanks.
