Properties features

Features for Properties test steps and test case/test suite/project Properties tabs:

• Transient option checkbox on each Property so that the value will not be saved with the project, for sensitive infortmation when sharing a project with others, for example.
  
  


• Comment field for each individual Property for doumentation purposes.
  
  


• Ability to load from and save to specified files for all Properties tabs as well as Properties steps.
