Can't Log a Support Ticket

I have been trying to log a support ticket all morning but when I click "Next, I have files to upload" nothing happens. Literally, nothing. Nothing loads, the web page doesn't change. It's like I never clicked anything at all.

    Hello,

    What browser are you using and what version? Please try a different browser if you are having issues creating a support ticket at the support site.
