Restful web api with azure ad authentication

I have a restful service developed a while back with Azure AD authentication using openid connect to access the methods.  I have tried to get power query to authenticate properly for a while now, and it has not worked.  I have recently downloaded SoapUI and tried to do the same, but it is not working properly.  Does anyone have any clues on how to achieve this?
