Taking long time to pull JSON Data in SOAP UI

Hi Team

We are using Denodo Integration tool and we are publishing the data to REST in JSON Format and to validate the data we are using SOAP UI while doing data validation when we try to use Get method and put the Rest URL and click on Send button its taking 15+ seconds or sometimes getting hanged to pull or to pull 26.4 MB data. 
So can you kindly suggest why its hanging or taking more time to display the results in SOAP UI. 
Is there any way to speedup the process in displaying the data in SOAP UI.
