getting empty response

I am automating token generator were using Google cloud platform(GCP) as host ,So while trying to generate token from Postman i am getting correct Response each and every time  but when sending the similar request from Ready API ,Some time I am getting response and sometime getting empty request and response (99% of time getting empty response ).

While looking into response header getting 200 ok status despite of having empty response .

Im intrigued....what was the answer? Slow it down? Loadbalancer? Something else?
