failed to load project

Hi,

I am unable to open the project in Ready! API 1.3.0

It says Invalid Project file. Please try again. It was working all this time.

What could be the reason.

Hello SmartBear Team,

I am unable to re-import a project that I had saved in my local folder. I see 'Invalid Project file <location of the project>. Please try again'  error pop up window is seen.

Can you please help me on this. I had a lot of api's in that project and unfortunately I am seeing the error in the same project.

The solution should be in your "settings" file. Somehow the xml was altered. Open the settings file from the project folder with a text editor and try to save it. It will throw you an error stating the line were the issue is. Then try fixing the xml.

In my case the issue was that somehow the project xml details were duplicated in the "settings" file (meaning I actually had the same project details twice). I just deleted the duplicate and was able to import the project again
