Verification of Error Codes/Messages

Hello,
I find that typically there are various error messages/codes that will be returned in a response. These error codes/message (at least in our organization) are listed some where in a excel sheet. So when i run my test i will manually verify that the error code/message in the excel sheet is the same as in the response.

For our organization the error node will always look like
             
                  some code
                  error name
                  error description
                  Error
             

A feature which would enable me to import all my errors from the excel sheet to some sort of template in soapUI and then create a 'custom assertion'.
