Unquoted Property Transfer to Json

We try to get a boolen value into a json request string but SoapUI keeps insisting on quotes.

We have been trying both: inline property references (${#project#myboolean}) and direct property transfer into the request string using Ready 1.9. But in both cases, and whether the "Transfer text content" flag is checked or not, SoapUI will quote the value or refuse sending the request if we remove the quotes from the raw request string. Please advise.
