SoapUI causes AppLocker to block access to DLL(s) in AppData folder

My organisation is using AppLocker to prevent access to non-trusted folders. Does anyone know a way to ensure SoapUI and any of its dependencies run from a designated folder such as it's Program Files location? Is there a command / environment switch or similar workaround for this?
