Set environment in project custom property with command line

We have a parameter that is inputted in the command line for testrunner. We want to use this for our endpoint and also need it in our assertions. Is there a way to say in the command line which custom project property he needs to fill in. 

Also how do you fill in the custom property in the endpoint window? Because you can't use Get Data there.
