Could I suggest that you provide the following:
RAW request details
RAW response details
ReadyAPI! Log,HTTP Log and Error Log details
Have you confirmed you're getting a 20x http status code (just to check you are actually getting a response back)?
This will give us a decent place to start diagnosing the issue,
