Renewal of Fixed license not working Readyapi

This ReadyAPI Test license has already been activated.
Before you can use the license on this computer, you must deactivate the previous activation.
More details are provided below.

 

I have cleared

C:\Users\%username%\.soapui with all keys but still facing issue with above error, The license is installed in the same machine. but I'm not able to access the license and re-activate it. How can I deactivate again and install same license, When I open the tool its no more installed but when I try to Install it says its installed

For this I would open a support ticket: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/message/ 

I think the license is locked from deactivation and needs to be unlocked. It should be a quick and easy process for our support team.

Thanks for the info mattb, Actually the license have been procured by my parent organization, I have informed them the same about your reply, hoping to get it resolved soon.
