What version of ReadyAPI do you use?
There was a similar issue in ReadyAPI, but it was fixed in version 2.4.0.

Parallel execution of a large number of TestCases or TestSuites is known for causing issues such as hanging (see: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/general-info/troubleshooting.html) or exceptions .
