Overactivation readyAPI license

Hello,

Can't install my license, I did it once, then when restarting the session, my ready API couldn't find it, I tried to reinstall the license, this error a pear, I did everything I removed readyAPI and its chache from the user hundreds of times, and there is always no button to disable the license so I can install it again, it looks bugged or something, please I need some kind of support.

the uninstall button in this guide below doesnt apear !
