Migrate ReadyAPI license to another user account

Hi ReadyAPI Team,

May I have steps to migrate ReadyAPI license to another account in offline? I have a win10 installed ReadyAPI and activated with fixed license, as network limitation, this PC cannot access internet, i'd like to login with another account. How can I migrate license to this account?

Thanks @TanyaYatskovska . yes, I get support from https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/general-info/licensing/deactivate/fixed-license-offline-.... And  get new activated key. It is OK now.
