Has anyone tried integrating Soap UI/NG Pro with Confluence in any way?

I would like to be able to execute all the test suites in my project and afterwards save the results in some format to Confluence.

I know Confluence has its own API which may be useful but it would be useful to know if anyone else has tried doing this.

If anyone has, it would be great to hear any recommendations/problems you encountered.

Hi simonjdonnelly,

What kind of integration do you want to have? There is a plugin to work with Jira issues within Ready! API: https://github.com/SmartBear/ready-jira-plugin/wiki

Thanks for your reply Tanya.

The JIRA integration looks very slick, I will be taking advantage of it :).

From a Confluence point of view, I would be looking to store a real-time dashboard of results. So for instance, when I run a set of test cases for a particular SOA operation, the passes and fails would be written/posted to a Confluence page. I am currently carrying this reporting out manually,  I was essentially wondering if anyone had tried to automate this process.

Hi simonjdonnelly

Thanks for sharing your Confluence use case. I’ve passed it to our product management so that they could consider implementing such a feature.

Has this feature been implemented?

is there any update on this?

I believe that you just need to use the REST API provided by Atlasian to invoke the required methods. Look at here:
