The JIRA integration looks very slick, I will be taking advantage of it :).
From a Confluence point of view, I would be looking to store a real-time dashboard of results. So for instance, when I run a set of test cases for a particular SOA operation, the passes and fails would be written/posted to a Confluence page. I am currently carrying this reporting out manually, I was essentially wondering if anyone had tried to automate this process.
