Goto TestCase

If a contition is true, I want to jump direktly to a testCase. I dont know how I can do this, without jumping back to the case where I came from?!
There is just a Goto for TestSteps!?
Or is there a possibility to directly jump to the tearDownScript without executing the other TestCases? (gotoTearDownScript)?
