Can't add multivalued parameter in form data REST request

There seems to be no way to add a multivalued parameter in a form data REST request. The Multi-Value Delimiter does not work here as it does not split it in different parts.. 

Any help?

We could set up multiple (single) parameters associated to environments. So that when you change a single environment, it would have multiple parameters associated to that environment. There would be multiple- single parameters, but at least you only have to update 1 parameter for runtime execution.
