3.5

Hi,
I notice that there is a nightly build for version 3.5 available.
Is this stable for production use yet?
Regards
Peter

    Hi Peter,

no, I wouldn't recommend you to use it for production use yet.. but please try it out if you can and let us know if you have any issues..

    regards!

Is there a way to start 3.5 with a different workspace than the last one used? I would like to play with 3.5 but without stomping on my current work.

Why use the 3.5. What are the improvement for existing projects?

I am especially looking for the JDBC Test step as I had to do a lot of additional work for DB validation with the previous version.

    Hi Peter,

3.5 is basically all the fixes available in the 3.0.x nightly build together with the new teststeps (JDBC and AMF), the SQL Query Builder (for JDBC-related functionality) and the JMS support. If you don't need those then the nightly build of 3.0.x is just as well. We will strive to fix bugs in both versions until 3.5 has gone final, after that 3.5 will be our priority..

Anyhow, running your existing projects through 3.5 just to help us catch any incompatibilities would be of great help, but I have full understanding if you don't have time or inclination.

    regards!
