FAQ - Can I be notified when something is assigned to me?
If you want to receive an email when an item is assigned to you, go to the Home tab and click on Email Alerts. Look for the "Assigned to me" alert. Click the red slash/circle to turn the alert on: click the green checkmark to turn the alert off.
When an item is assigned to you, you'll get an email notification, and if any changes are made to an item assigned to you, you'll get an email notification.
