When creating a new project by copying from another project, would like to see the option of "Copy Escalation Rules" made available. We have a set of escalation rules we setup for all our projects and we're having to manually enter these each time we create a new project. Thanks!

It could be beneficial to have a special custom field whcih gave the ability to fetch values from an external database. it could have a connection string attached and based on that you could get values based on a SQL query. this would give issues a more dynamic way of showing data. Would be nice to configure test runs for a project in QA Complete, the same way we can in Test Complete's 'Test Items'. Perhaps just add the ability to modify a projects Test Items within QA Complete?
