Page does not loaded

When I start test recording with http://imof.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/Asset/OperationFrontOffice/ url , page does not loaded at all.

 

How should I make troubleshooting? 

to login use following credentials: 

user: 10101001procu.worker
pass: 123
