Downloaded Test Run : How to see the structure of the project

When downloading a test run, the xlsx file does not contain the organized structure : folders / sub folders. Is there a way to retrieve this information and to have it in the downloaded file ? 

The question is mainly about how to share the results of a test run to customers ?
