We are working on to create a test automation framework to validate a library ( java lib – packaged as a jar) file using cucumber.
Usually and the traditional approach is as a tester need create the gherkin file ( Feature file with more than one scenarios) and its steps definition manually and then will execute the automation scripts.
But our requirement is the feature file (gherkin scripts and its steps definitions) should create dynamically based on the input of JSON definition/data file without any manual work. Is it possible? And any one of you worked on this kind approach?
Highly appreciated if you share your inputs and thought on this. Please let me know if you need any more detail.
