Does Collaborator License provides rights to use Java?

I need to patch Java on the Windows Server 2016 that the Collaborator server is installed on.

This is to be compliant to my organization's security policy.

When updating Java, I discovered that Oracle has changed the license terms.

My question is do I need to get a separate license from Oracle to install "Java 8 Update 241"? Or am I already covered through Collaborator's license?

I understand that only Oracle JDK 8 or 9 is compatible with my Collaborator Server version 11.4.11402
