Restrict access for certain participants after review completion

Is it possible to Restrict access for certain participants after review completion.  We would like to revoke read permissions for users who were reviewer in completed reviews?

There is no way to hide reviews for specific users. You can find the current content restriction options here:

To accomplish your goal, you might start the review with the "Anyone" or "Participant or Group Based" access restriction and change this level to the strongest one (Participants and Group Based") once the review was completed. The review content can be viewed only by the users who are added to the review participant list and are member of a selected group (the reviews should not be members of it).
