In a code collab review, if the reviewer gives a defect in Overall Section, there is no way Author could provide a comment against the defect. At least I could not find out how we can respond to that defect.
This is causing an issue because Author is unable to add details under that defect and needs to copy the Defect number and provide a response as a general comment which is very difficult to spot (as general section also contains all other comments including commit and file list).
