Collaborator 13.1 - some pushpins on a Word doc decided to move to a subsequent page

Hello,

A user reported this, and I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this.  Maybe there's a bug report out there?

We have a review created recently, with a 262-page .doc file attached.  There are a number of bugs and comments.

The user tells me that four pushpins that were originally on page 11 have moved to page 12.  There are no revisions of the document; only the original was uploaded to this review.

There is no indication that the pushpins were moved by a user (the text "moved" would show up in the pin's comment text if this were the case).

Database issue, perhaps?  Anything I can do to start troubleshooting?

Hello @skromholz,

It is not expected that the pushpins were moved without a reason (a new file uploads/manual pushpin move). Would you mind reaching out to the technical support team at https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=Collaborator and share the review dump file where the issue happens? The KB article below explains how to collect the dump file: https://smartbear-cc.force.com/portal/KbArticleViewer?name=How-to-generate-a-review-dump-file&sp=col...

If you can't provide the review dump file for some reason, try to examine the collab.log file and see if there are any other attempts to convert the problematic file version. You can search for the file name. Pay attention to the MD5hash mentioned for each file conversion.
