Cannot send the review to completed, it stays in a loop

Hello,

Does anyone have faced the same problem? I'm trying to send a review to completed, but I'm having a problem: I have the button to "Send to completed" activated but every time I click on it, it send the review to "Finished unless: File activity occurs".

I'm able to change it to lets says "Any activity occurs", so I can add a comment to have "activity" in the review. Then "Send to completed" button appears, I click on it and then the review goes back to where I started.

It's in some sort of loop I can't get out of it.

I have the version 12.4.12400

Hello @DanOrta,

Depending on your role configuration [https://support.smartbear.com/collaborator/docs/server/settings/review-templates/roles.html#paramete... specifically the field "Marks review finished" and "Min # required to finish review," you may have multiple participants that need to approve the review before it is sent to the Completed phase. In order to check your role configuration, you will need admin privileges.
