At times you want to pull back up a recently run Test On Demand run. However once you close the window there seems to be no way to access your historical test on demands. There should be a Test on Demand section that allows you to review your recent Test on Demand runs with the appropriate meta data such as the location and date/time.

AlertSite does not log failed POST notifications in notification reports.
This would help confirm that a Slack notification actually failed versus wasn't even attempted.

Hi there, The company I work for has a large number of "Roundtrip E-mail (POP/SMTP)" type sites in the AlertSite Classic UI. This should allow us to be made aware of issues, before any customers make contact with our support team. However this site type is not currently supported in the UXM UI (which is what we have displayed on our NOC big screen). Would it be possible to support the "Roundtrip E-mail (POP/SMTP)" type sites in the UXM UI, as currently we could potentially be missing issues which will be impacting our customers. Support Case #00236410 Thanks Paul

Please consider providing an option to expand and collapse all rows with one click in the detail report. Currently, the option exists to expand and collapse individual rows only.

Team, We do have the Outage report in Alertsite, however it is extremely difficult to capture how much is the actual outage as against to outage which was caused during a blackout window.. In today's scenario where we have so many scheduled maintenance activities, it would be great to see if Alertsite could provide the split of outage details (actual vs Blackout) Please let me know if this can be added as a feature.. Any additional info required, please feel to contact me..

2 enhancements for Test On Demand 1) TOD from a specific site (regardless of if it is Primary or currently enabled.) 2) If TOD fails (due to keyword mismatch) the actual response is available. This is provided when a test fails and an alert is sent (an attachment in the email shows the actual received resp.)

Hello, The text below is from my post in the Alertsite forum which describes what I am looking for. Thank you. Joe Ledva My question is, is there a way to list all URLs with errors from all data points of a performance report. Now let me explain I created a device named siteA which is a script that hits 3 URLs on the web site. The past 250 runs have generated errors. So I create a performance report, selecting siteA, Detail, Graphs, Scatter Plot, Transaction Load Analysis, Fullpage Time Distribution, Status Summary, yesturday, location=Atlanta, data filters=off, go When I look at the html report it shows every data point is red, meaning there was an error of some sort. I click on a data point, then I click on the waterfall icon, it usually shows, in red, an asset that had an error. I would like to get a list of all of those red URLs from every waterfall graph for every data point of the report. Is there a way to do that? If not I would have to click in each data point, then go into each waterfall graph, cut & paste the URL into a doc to get my list. I am doing this to see if a service provider is falling down while delivering what they are supposed to be delivering.

Please consider allowing the SLA summary reports to be scheduled on a recurring quarterly/annual frequency. Currently, the SLA Summary Report for last quarter and last year allows a user to schedule for one time execution only (run frequency of once). Thank you.

Can we get hourly report for multiple test cases together. For example, there are 5 scripts in my project and I need a graphical and detailed summary health check report for every 1 hour to my mail box. So that we can view the report without entering to dashboard or view. It will even decrease the user load on Alert site servers. Regards, Raviteja

Currently we are unable to pull individual transaction step response time metrics via the API. We would like that capability to be able to report on performance of each individual step via the API.

I am interested in capturing raw performance and outage data for our monitored sites (which we can now do using both REST and REPORT API queries), and feeding this data into our internal Splunk for retention, analysis and reporting purposes. We are receiving email (and SMS) notifications of alert event conditions, which provides such outage detail as timeout/traceroute (and the origin IP address) - but I cannot seem to get this same information via Report API. Using original AlertSite website report generator capability, I can generate “Outage Report” information for our devices/sites, but it does not (alas) provide a popup with the Report API query URL link… It would be VERY useful to enable this report feature, so that we can get outage data via API.

Please consider offering the ability to both notify on and log traceroute details when a potential network error occurs vs. log only or notify. In addition, please offer traceroute details for additional status codes, such as status codes in the 80 range.

Idea: To be able to add multiple URLs to multiple scripts/transactions as URL Exclusions quickly and without needing to replay the script.

There should be a way to configure InSite boxes to use HTTPS rather than cleartext HTTP for the admin interface. As it is now, accessing these devices is done in an unsecure method which could be compromised. According to support, the 1.6.3 version of the software that is running on these boxes does not have this ability and although it is thought to be included in a future release, there is no predetermined date for release. This is just one of the features that these InSite boxes fail to provide for customers. As such, I believe that a more robust effort should be made to make the InSite boxes comparative in nature to running scripts through the pay per click methodology.

The great thing about AlertSite are the performance metrics you're able to look at- you're also currently able to export these Reports into CSVs and emails, and schedule them. What I would like to do is have the ability to schedule exporting reports into CSV files into a local path on the client side. That way if we schedule certain performance reports daily, we can write a script or use a log analyzer like Splunk to pick up these reports and allow us a lot more flexibility and ease of use in maintaining and tracking our performance.

Hello. We'd like to be able to schedule our .csv formatted reports rather than just have the ability to download them manually. Look forward to seeing this in the near future.
