We are utilizing the Alert Note field within AlertSite to pass on some information that is not standard within the Alert Site form. We are wanting to forward with the alert such information as Priority, AltCI ,User and the URL being tested. The field is limited to 256 characters, getting all this information into that little box has been downright impossible for some transactions. Can we get that field expanded to at least 512 characters?
Here is one example:

This is so all necessary information is surfaced in the SNOW incident, if there is a better way to bring this through the json, Iām open to it.

Is there a report or API call that will give a list of the Device Name with the associated Alert Note with it? So I donāt have to open every single Device Name to see if there is an Alert Note and what it is?

Hi Alertsite Team,
I don't see anywhere in any of the templates to edit the email "TO" section, we want all of the recipients to be added to "TO" Section so that a single email with all recipients will we send to everyone.

Hi,
I just created a new SLA for a non-multiPOP monitor. Seeing that it is not a multiPOP monitor, I was not able to set the Uptime, however, the Uptime section still shows in the dashboard and is all red. Could you please provide an option to remove the Uptime section from a dashboard when Uptime is not available? Or at the very least, provide an option to rearrange the dashboard, to move Uptime down and move up the Response Time section, so that I donāt have a big red section right in the middle of the dashboard?

We are attempting to send JSON messages and get notified in Cisco Spark Room via AlertSite. Currently we do not have the integration, so we are unable to perform successful test from alertsite to an incoming Cisco Spark Webhook. Please check on the integration with Cisco Spark and provide steps in your support pages (similar to how you have documented for slack (https://support.smartbear.com/alertsite/docs/integrations/slack.html)

We have different SLA's for different customers, special agreements and such. Would it be possible to add an override on the report page for SLA summary and SLA detail so that we could put in a different "goal". That way we could schedule a report with an SLA of 99.975 for one company while generating a report for another with an SLA of 99.90. The existing monitor SLA would serve as the default SLA.

Add options under "report options" to include/exclude the report blocks named "service level operating periods", "exclusions", and "locations". We have customers that want a single page report and are not interested in seeing locations reported every month.

My team is trying to pull a report notification report for all notification sent out to a particular recipient. They pulled notification a report for all monitors and location and trying to filter particular recipient from it . But its very difficult to Slice and dice the data on PDF format . The option to enable Perceived User Experience does have a 'What is This' link and does indicate that additional charges are consumed when it is enabled in 1.0. Seems like it would be a good idea to let users know that a local replay is required as well, in Firefox, with this option enabled, before the metrics will be accurately reflected in reporting at AlertSite.

As a department where we are only responsible for delivering the "website experience" until DOM load, it would be great if we could monitor and report on availability based upon DOM load. We are having internal SLA's and currently one of the KPI is availability. We are using the standard availability numbers from AlertSite, but actually this is not right if we look at it from our service delivery point of view. We see that if a page as a low(er) availability, in lots of occasions the fullpage download is very high and the checks timed out, mostly caused by "heavy" content. Our department is not responsible for content, so the availability figures give an incorrect reflection of our departments team. Therefore we would like to be able to set and SLA on availability based upon DOM load. Cheers, Linda

I would like to be able to refer user trying to access AlertSite when local login is disabled to our idenity provider. Denis mentioned this was developed but disabled over privacy concerns, I recommend making it an option.
