I was just told by AlertSite support that there is nothing in place to test SFTP connections. Considering there is functionality for FTP/FTPS, I was very surprised by this. Please integrate this ASAP, since I'm forced to use other software to test SFTP until this is resolved. ... View more

When I add a TestCase from my SoapUI project to the AlertSite API Monitor, I noticed that AlertSite counts TestSteps that I have disabled in my TestCase.   As both AlertSite Pro and Community Edition ONLY offer 5 steps limitation, it would greatly help if you didn't count the steps that I have disabled in my TestCase in SoapUI.   Currently, the only thing I can do now is to delete my disabled TestSteps, add the TestCase to my API Monitor, then add these TestSteps back to my TestCase. We´ll like to see a more agressive update process for the Insites to ensure we can replicate the user experience as real as possible.  Our dev team have been upgrading our website and they are saying it is possible that version previous to 28 won't work with the new page features.   It will be possible to update now the FF version for the InSites? ... The REST API for transactional monitors does not report 90 or 95 errors (or 0/9095) as errors, they report as a 0 status code to API clients. If a transaction is actually in another error state, this can cause false negatives in monitoring integration, as well as 'flapping' alerts in those integrated systems, due to certain locations intermittently missing a run and reporting as a 0 status code until they run again. ... Hi  I think that in reports that are emailed in HTML format you need to add grid lines so that the grid is readable.  These should be reports that I could provide to my customers but without the grid lined it all looks so messy and can not be read.   See a sceen shot of a sample report of mine. this is from a full size screen display but everything is all jumbled up.       Thanks    ... Currently DejaClick and API monitors on InSite appliances only offer capture levels of "Error Only" or "Disabled". Rogers would like the ability to capture on All Events, All Actions, All Events on Error and All Actions on Error in additon to these two options ... View more

Some clients with closed environments are sending a 401 on the first url if the user is not authenticated. Pleasse make it able to prevent 401 and 403 from failing the dejaclick script. Or even better add a http errorcode exclusion list for the script. ... View more

When you have monitoring on a website which has a redirect to start with you can onlu validate based on the source of the first page. If it is a server site redirect you cannot validate at all. Pleasse allow for keyword validation based on the redirected page. ... View more

Add the ability for Dejaclick to have URL exclusions set before a recording starts.    Adding a URL Exclusion block after a transaction is recorded can fail the recording playback. Providing an option to block a URL during the recording process would avoid this issue.   Today this can be achieved by setting up proxies outside of Firefox and Chrome and blocking that specific request but it would be much simpler to manage directly in Dejaclick. ... Hello,   We have several groups who receiving Alertsite notifications, each of which performs different functions.  All of us received an alert for an expiring SSL certificate (1/1/16) today.  It's a minor tidbit, but it would be great to customize these types of alerts to only go to one group (mine for instance).  As I understand it, right now these are part of an overall notification bucket so if you could separate that out it would be great.   Thanks! ... In the new UI when reviewing a run there is no way to copy the URL that is part of the waterfall. this can only be done manually by standing on the URL and then copying is letter for letter. These URLs are many times very long.   This actually used to work and for some reason was stopped where you could click on the link and it would open the URL in a new browser window but again this has stopped working for some reason. thanks! ... REST API Call to query uptime or sla or report of Devices in a Group. This will be very helpful, in way that one can group devices together and then query the group only to get the devices under it and then get the uptime , sla , report of devices inside that particular group.This will be very helpful for users who have hundreds or thousands of devices and don't need to query each device or need to remember the names of the devices inside a group. So one can just query the group to get all the devices under it and then query each device withing that group to get the uptime or sla or report. Please add this feature asap as this is very critical for the business to be able to group devices together and then be able to query groups using REST API's.  ... View more

We have a primary and a sub-account in our AlertSite portal. If I login to the primary account and use the Switch Account to work with the separate set of monitors for the sub-account, I currently get automatically logged in to the primary administrative userid on the sub-account. This causes issues in the Chart facility, where it continually requests the userid/password for the primary account, and that account is not my own and I don't know the password.   I would suggest that when you use the Switch Account, you can assign a specific userid to be associated in the sub-account.   Thanks, Larry Rosenberg ... If I upload a Dejaclick recording (transaction) and it errors, everyone will get that error unless I quickly log in to the UI and setup a Notifier Group for that transaction.  It would be nice to have an option in the Upload Recording screen to setup a Notifier Group so we can avoid everyone getting an alert by accident.  Thanks   Dan ...
