Sometimes we have an issue where alert emails stop sending on certain insite appliances. The emails get queued up and when we restart the appliance, they get sent. It would be good to be able to actually see the email queue on the appliance so that we can check this if we stop getting emails. An interface on the Admin site would be great.

As discussed with one of your technical engineers in Case #00542058. The SLA Objective is calculated on the actual number of checks that have occurred during the time period selected. In our case, we are looking for the previous month's number of checks to be considered into the calculation for the current month. This will provide a more accurate estimate for the SLA objective. On the SmartBear AlertSite UI, instead of fixing the data timestamp to GMT, it would be better if we can configure the timestamp of the displayed data (Or) may be, the data can simply be displayed based on end user's device/browser timestamp.
