UTF-8 data in XML response not decoded as Unicode

Unicode data encoded as UTF-8 in an XML response is not begin displayed correctly. It appears it is being decoded as ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8. I will paste in a segment of the response (not sur...

I have the same problem, but in the Pro version (can´t post in the pro section). This is a problem that has occured in the 4.6.4 version. åäö turns to Ã¥ ä Ö and similar.
