From my understating, this line says:
2016-02-09 00:05:25,931 INFO [main] - SERVICE OBTAINED [result]=[[result]=[OK],[ticket]=[767],[message]=[]],[attrs]=[[hostName]=[WGC1009YNWFY1],[userName]=[nshashan]]
that SoapUI founds a Floating User license in your network – on the WGC1009YNWFY1 computer.
This line:
2016-02-09 00:05:26,900 INFO [main] - LOCKED [result]=[[result]=[OK],[ticket]=[555],[message]=[]],[licenseData]=[[product]=[soapUI],[licenseNumber]=[[2015-12-01 00:00:00] SUIP-2Y-SBN-FL - a8843033-3bdf-4688-988e-4a3dc6c4b6eb]],[attrs]=[[hostName]=[WGC1009YNWFY1],[userName]=[nshashan]]
says that the license is locked. Perhaps, the number of the allowed copied are exceeded.
We are looking for a documentation that could explain the log file.

I believe that the log excerpt mentioned by you is explained by TanyaYatskovska. And am sure you would have got the documentation link if there might be any instead of explanation.
And not sure if that did not clarify what you really needed or request for details if you need anything more specific which would be more helpful towards the resolution of the query that you had.I completely understand the usage of the log and primarily helps debugging and helps to quickly to know the cause and repairing issues. Never happen to see any software documentation regarding the logging, may be not meant for the end-user.
If you want to know the formatting, then refer SOAPUI_HOME/bin/soapui-log4j.xml and am sure something similar in Ready! API too.
