Locally host OCR functionality without forwarding to SmartBear OCR API and Google

Test failed because of temporarily missing link to the OCR API running at SmartBear, redirecting to Google.

It would be great to be able to host the OCR functionality locally in the intranet (e.g. virtual appliance, within TestComplete/TestExecute, ...)

Benefits:

• Sensitive data not leaving the intranet
• Performance gain
• Stability in case of internet or availability issues of SmartBear API redirection to Google
• More customers could benefit from OCR who are restricted because of data protection
• No GDPR, etc. issues

Possible issues: 

• License/subscription misuse --> lock out the OCR functionality if License Server at SmartBear is not contacted for some days
