Zephyr Essentials down - cannot contact support

If I go to contact support for issue, the page is blank and there is no form appearing to me.

Currently we are getting an issue that just states "

We're having trouble connecting to Zephyr Essential. Try contacting the developer for support."

We cannot access Zephyr it seems - on tickets there is only actions "Hide Zephyr Essential" and requests to Zephyr are timing out.

Looking at the current status page apparently nothing is wrong?
