Using Zephyr to export tests won't show Chinese and some fields merged

Using Zephyr to export tests won't show Chinese and some fields merged. Issue keys will be merged in Cycle name. Is there any solution of this problem?

    Hi,

     

    I've never encountered this issue, but I did some searching and I'm wondering if converting the xls document to UTF-8 would fix the issue?

     

    Let me know if that works
