I tried it like you said, but didnt work.. I tried even GET method, I tried to delete the additional "/connect" still does not work. I am getting still the same error.
Currently it looks like this

We have to pass the url as below, also /connect is required -

Please follow our documentation, we have given step by step instructions on how to generate and use the api in post man - https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-for-jira-cloud/docs/api/jwt-token.html
Note that you have to generate separate JWT for seperate endpoints, for eg: For GET method and POST method you have to generate different JWT tokens

Adding to Jagadeesh's inputs, for 401 error you should try deleting and regenerating the API keys once.
