Migration of past test executions from local JIRA instance to JIRA Cloud

Does anyone else in a heavily regulated industry found a way to maintain the execution history for audit purposes? The migration tool provided by SmartBear does not migrate this historical data, and we need to maintain this information for several years for potential audits.
