Duplicate test case handling and overwriting ability

I did read something about there being a problem importing test results when there is an underscore being used in the name, but the examples I have tried do not use special characters.

Oddly enough, I am convinced that I previously saw an error message when validating a file which had already been used, but I cannot recreate it.
